  • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
  • Valid ID proof required at check-in for all guests
  • Please inform us in advance about your expected arrival time

Booking & Payment

  • Advance booking required with 50% payment
  • Remaining payment to be made at check-in
  • Cancellation 7 days prior: 50% refund
  • Cancellation within 7 days: No refund
  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email/SMS

Damage & Security Policy

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to property or amenities
  • Damages will be charged as per actual cost of repair/replacement
  • Security deposit may be required for large groups
  • Please treat the property with care and respect
  • Report any pre-existing damage at check-in

House Rules

  • No smoking inside the premises
  • Pets allowed with prior permission only
  • Music volume to be kept reasonable after 10:00 PM
  • Guest count must match booking details
  • Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay

  • Additional guests require prior approval
  • Extra charges apply for guests beyond booked capacity
  • Day visitors allowed with prior intimation
  • Children below 5 years complimentary
